Ellen London, LPCA
Ellen London is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor with a thoughtful, culturally attuned, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She works with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, adjustment difficulties, trauma, and the emotional impact of major personal or cultural changes.
Ellen brings a rich background in counseling, coaching, education, international work, and creative expression. Her years of experience living and working across cultures give her a deep appreciation for how identity, relationships, family systems, culture, and life experiences shape emotional well-being. She is especially sensitive to clients who may be navigating transitions, loss, relocation, identity shifts, caregiving roles, or the feeling of being caught between different expectations or chapters of life.
Ellen’s clinical style is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in emotional safety. She works to help clients better understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, clarify their values and needs, strengthen boundaries, and develop practical tools for healing and growth. Her approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, grief care, trauma-informed care, ambiguous loss work, and client-centered support.
Ellen is especially well suited for clients who are seeking a warm, mature, and grounded therapist who can help them slow down, make sense of what they are experiencing, and move toward greater emotional balance, resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, Ellen is also an artist, designer, writer, and lifelong learner. Her creative and multicultural background brings a unique depth to her work, allowing her to support clients with both clinical care and a broad, human understanding of growth, change, and healing.
